The basic version of HITT-Q: how family history is connected to your present life during the war
Take the HITT-Q and get an automatic calculation
HITT-Q Basic Version
The basic version helps explore how family history is linked to family relationships, vulnerabilities, and resources in subsequent generations. It is designed to be completed individually, with the results then discussed with a psychologist or psychotherapist trained in the HITT-Q.
The survey includes:
- 10 questions — demographic information;
- 65 questions — HITT-Q.
⏰ Estimated completion time: 10–15 minutes.
The basic version includes a free online calculator.
Once you’ve filled out the questionnaire, the key metrics will be calculated automatically. A PDF report containing the results and brief explanations will be sent to the specified email address—either yours or your psychotherapist’s.
The automatic calculation performs only the mathematical part of the analysis. A complete interpretation takes into account family history and individual life circumstances.
How should the HITT-Q results be interpreted?
Tetyana Stanislavska’s original model, “Landscape-Boat-Person”, helps interpret HITT-Q results by integrating indicators of the family system and the individual with the historical context, family history, and the person’s current life circumstances.
